The settlement resolves charges that Great Lakees Calcium violated state air pollution laws and air permit requirements at its facility on the west shoreline of the Fox River near the Bay ofGree Bay, the Wisconsin Department of Justice said Tuesday. In the company will pay $100,000o to install and operate broken bag detectors to provid protection against excessive emissions beyond that required bystated law.
